Booking Policy

ALL CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A VALID CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ON FILE TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. WE DO NOT CHARGE YOUR CARD AT ALL WHEN YOU SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. YOUR CARD IS ON FILE TO HOLD YOUR APPOINTMENT SLOT. IF YOU NO SHOW OR CANCEL LATE YOU WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDING TO OUR NO SHOW POLICY.

Late Policy:

ALL CLIENTS ARE GRANTED A 10 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD. AFTER 10 MINUTES, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $10 LATE FEE.

Reschedules / Cancellations:

ALL APPOINTMENTS MUST BE CANCELLED OR RESCHEDULED WITHIN 12 HRS OF THE APPOINTMENT TIME. AFTER 12 HOURS A $20 CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE FEE WILL BE CHARGED.

No Call / No Show Fee:

ALL NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT SERVICE FEE. NO SHOW FEE'S MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE BOOKING ANOTHER APPOINTMENT.

Retouches:

NO REFUNDS ON SERVICES 

REFUNDS ON PRODUCTS ARE AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF MGMT. IN MOST CASES REFUNDS ARE ACCEPTED ON ITEMS NOT OPENED, NOT USED, AND IN IT'S ORIGINAL FORM. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER 3 DAYS OF PURCHASE.

CLIENTS ARE GRANTED A 5 DAY RETOUCH PERIOD. IF WE FAIL TO COMPLETELY REMOVE ALL YOUR HAIR, YOU HAVE 5 DAYS FROM YOUR ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT TO COME IN AND GET A RETOUCH WITHOUT CHARGE. AFTER 5 DAYS THAT OFFER IS VOID.
